Yoga mat
Journal and pen
Computer or Smartphone & Wifi
Optional: things to create your little ceremony like candles, incense, palo santo, essential oils

About Your Guide
Hi, my name is Brenda. I offered this class/ceremony online last year in November, unknowing that in a few months everything would be online. I’m feeling called to share it again, of course with new prompts and teachings.
A bit more about me, I am a passionate teacher, guide, mindful marketing consultant, business owner, and never-ending student. I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher along with different specialties in yoga and meditation with over 7 years of experience. I have a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and I created Mother of the Mind as a way of offering health and healing to the public.
